This person must be a high integrity individual who wakes up every morning excited to learn, grow, and produce results.

The Business Development Director will be responsible for executing on the growth strategy to identify, qualify, and close targeted practices. This individual will have a high impact on White Plume and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert marketing leads into Executive Level White Glove Meetings
  • Conduct Executive Level White Glove Meetings to identify needs, craft solutions and qualify prospect potential
  • Manage prospect pipeline deals
  • Work alongside Client Services Team
  • Negotiate contracts and close New Business Deals
  • Work alongside Management Team to improve sales strategy and process

Core Competencies / Skills / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build rapport with colleagues and executive level contacts at potential new clients
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to simultaneously execute and craft sales tactics and strategies
  • Technical fluency with CRM Systems, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
