White Plume does not sell or license any information that it may collect from your use of our Applications.
And, except for those items state below, our Applications do not store any of your personal information.
White Plume retrieves data pertinent to the patient’s current visit and recent previous visits - such as procedure and diagnosis history, vital signs, lab results, medical history, family history, surgical history, clinical notes, medications, health maintenance history, patient photo, patient demographics, and allergies.
The data is used to display to the provider their requested view and occasionally for internal performance improvements and/or troubleshooting.
All data in the Application was retrieved in relation to a current patient appointment. After one week following the patient’s appointment, all data for that patient will be purged from the Application.
The security of your personal information is important to us. Our Applications employ a variety of technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal information including supporting Transport Layer Security(TLS)/Secure Sockets Layer(SSL) certificate technology and encryption.
